Biography
Peri Gilpin is an American actress. She was born Peri Kay Oldham on 27 May 1961 in Waco, Texas.
Gilpin is best known for playing Roz Doyle in the NBC sitcom Frasier from 1993 to 2004. She reprised the role in the 2023 Paramount+ revival. She appeared as Holly Matheson in the final season of Cheers in 1993. Other television credits include Make It or Break It (2009) as Kim Keeler, for which she received a Gracie Award, and recurring roles in Scorpion, Grey's Anatomy and Modern Family.
Gilpin trained at the University of Texas at Austin and the British American Drama Academy in London. She has also worked as a voice artist in films such as Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001) and animated series including Danny Phantom.
