Biography
Pete Beaudreau is an American film editor. He trained at the film conservatory of the State University of New York at Purchase and began his career in post-production after struggling to find assistant editor work in New York.
His early feature credits include The American Astronaut (2001) and XX/XY (2002). He edited Margin Call (2011), J. C. Chandor’s directorial debut, which marked a breakthrough; the two later collaborated on All Is Lost (2013). Subsequent work includes Beasts of No Nation (2015), A Cure for Wellness (2017), Maniac (2018), Queen & Slim (2019) and Samaritan (2022).
