Biography
Peter David was an American writer of comic books, novels, television, films and video games. Born in Fort Meade, Maryland, he graduated from New York University with a degree in journalism and began his professional career at Marvel Comics before becoming a prolific freelance author.
He wrote two episodes of the television series Babylon 5 (1994–1995) and one for its spin-off Crusade (1999). He co-created the Nickelodeon series Space Cases with Bill Mumy. His other television credits include episodes of Young Justice (2010–2019) and Ben 10: Ultimate Alien (2010–2011). David also authored numerous Star Trek novels and tie-in works, including three Babylon 5 Centauri Prime novels.
He died on 24 May 2025.
