Biography

Peter Haskell (15 October 1934 – 12 April 2010) was an American actor who worked primarily in television. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he attended Browne & Nichols School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University after serving in the United States Army as a Private First Class.

Haskell began acting in the early 1960s, appearing in the off-Broadway play The Love Nest and making his television debut with guest roles including Bob Sterne on The Fugitive in 1965. He had regular roles on the soap operas Search for Tomorrow and Ryan's Hope, and played Kevin Grant on the series Bracken's World (1969–1970). His film work included the title role in The Legend of Earl Durand (1974) and Mr Sullivan in Child's Play 2 (1990) and Child's Play 3 (1991). He continued with numerous guest appearances on series such as Murder, She Wrote, Frasier and ER until the late 2000s.
