Biography
Peter Phelps is an Australian actor, singer and writer. Born on 20 September 1960 in Sydney, he began his career in the late 1970s with roles in Australian television series including The Restless Years and Sons and Daughters.
He is known for playing Trevor Cole in the first season of Baywatch (1989–1990), Peter Church in Stingers (1998–2004), and appearances in films such as Point Break (1991), Lantana (2001) as Patrick Phelan, Ned Kelly (2003) and The Square (2008). He has also directed episodes of series including Home and Away.
Phelps won an AFI Award for Best Actor in a Television Drama in 1993 and a Logie Award for Most Popular Actor in 2002.
