Biography
Peter Webber is a British film and television director and producer. He completed a postgraduate Film and Television course at the University of Bristol and began his career directing short films and documentaries before moving into drama.
His feature debut was the 2003 period drama Girl with a Pearl Earring. He later directed Hannibal Rising (2007), Emperor (2012), Earth: One Amazing Day (2017) and Pickpockets (2018). On television he has directed episodes of Six Feet Under (2004), the miniseries Tutankhamun (2016) and other dramas including Men Only (2001).
