Biography
Peter Youngblood Hills is an Anglo-American actor. He was born on 28 January 1978 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and was educated at Mill Hill School in north London, completing his studies in 1998.
He began his professional acting career in 1996 with television commercials, music videos and theatre. His film roles include Zeph in The Beach (2000), a hippy in Hideous Kinky (1998) and Benjamin in AKA (2002). On television he played Darrell "Shifty" Powers in the miniseries Band of Brothers (2001) and James Taylor in an episode of Foyle's War (2006). He has also worked as a cinematographer, including on the 2007 documentary The 11th Hour.
