Biography
Philip W. Anderson was an American film editor. He began his career in 1939 and accumulated more than fifty feature film credits over three decades.
His work includes Ocean's Eleven (1960), The Parent Trap (1961), Sayonara (1957), Gypsy (1962), The FBI Story (1959) and A Man Called Horse (1970). He received Academy Award nominations for Best Film Editing for Giant (1956), Sayonara (1957) and The Parent Trap (1961).
