Biography
Philippe Browning is a writer and director. He wrote the Law & Order episode "Family Friend" (2006). His other writing credits include episodes of Dragnet (2004), The Division (2003) and Robbery Homicide Division (2002). He directed the film Shapeshifter (1999) and served as second unit director on Brain Dead (1990).
