Phyllis Lyons is an American actress. She was born on 20 August 1960 in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Lyons is known for her supporting roles in films including The Bridges of Madison County (1995) as Betty and Donnie Darko (2001) as Anne Fisher. Her television work includes a recurring role as Arlene Vaughan on the soap opera All My Children (1991–1992) and guest appearances in series such as Quantum Leap (1991), ER (1995), 24 (2005), House (2008) and Rizzoli & Isles (2010).

She received a Soap Opera Digest Award nomination for outstanding female newcomer in daytime television in 1992 for All My Children. Lyons was married to actor and director Adam Arkin from 1998 until their divorce in 2013; they have one son.
