Biography
Rachel Lipman is a television writer and producer. She has written episodes for numerous animated series, including Daria (1997), for which she received screenplay credit, Hey Arnold! (1996), Rugrats (1991), Recess (1997) and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (1996).
Her later credits include writing for Dinosaur Train (2009), Let's Go Luna! (2018) and the Rugrats revival (2021), on which she also served as co-producer. She has received Emmy recognition, including a Daytime Emmy win in 1995 and Primetime Emmy nominations.
