Biography
Rachel Pulido is a television writer. She graduated from Harvard University, where she wrote for the Harvard Lampoon, and has written for animated series including The Simpsons and Mission Hill.
She contributed the Bumblebee Man segment to the 1996 Simpsons episode "22 Short Films About Springfield" and wrote the 1997 episode "Grade School Confidential". She has also worked as a story consultant on Mission Hill and as a producer on Brandy & Mr. Whiskers.
Pulido is married to former The Simpsons showrunner Bill Oakley. She was the only Hispanic staff writer during the first twenty years of the series.
