Biography
Racquel Palmer is an American actress, also credited as Racquel Bailey or Raquel Bailey. She studied theatre at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
In 2012 she placed a billboard in Atlanta to attract the attention of Tyler Perry. Palmer played Ciara in the 2016 HBO miniseries The Night Of. Subsequent television roles include Christine Depriest in FBI (2018), Blue in All the Queen's Men (2021–), and Angela Bridwell in East New York (2022). She has also produced and written short films.
