Biography
Rae Baker is an English actress. Born Rachel Jane Baker on 19 November 1973 in Winchester, Hampshire, she trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama after receiving a bursary from Cameron Mackintosh.
Her television debut was as Yasmin in the first episode of Jonathan Creek (1997). She is known for playing Detective Constable Juliet Becker in The Bill (2003) and has appeared in Father Brown (2013) as Mimi, Goodnight Sweetheart (1993) as Simone, and London Road (2015) as the Anglia News Reader.
Baker has also worked in theatre, including roles at the Royal National Theatre and in West End productions such as Dirty Dancing.
