Biography
Raffaella Lebboroni is an Italian actress born on 10 June 1961 in Bologna. She trained at the Accademia dell'Antoniano in Bologna, graduating in 1988.
She made her screen debut in the late 1980s and appeared as Prima coppia #1 in Nanni Moretti's Caro diario (1993). Lebboroni has worked in supporting roles in films including Marco Risi's Il muro di gomma (1991), Paolo Virzì's Ferie d'agosto (1996) and Roberto Benigni's Life Is Beautiful (1997). She has collaborated frequently with her husband, screenwriter and director Francesco Bruni, whom she married in 1992; their credits together include Scialla! (Stai sereno) (2011), Noi 4 (2014) and Tutto quello che vuoi (2017). Other notable appearances include Marco Bellocchio's The Traitor (2019) and Virzì's Un altro ferragosto (2024).
