Biography
Raji James is a British actor. He trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, graduating in 1991.
James is known for his role as Abdul Khan in the film East Is East (1999). On television he has played regular characters including Ash Ferreira in EastEnders (2003–2005), DS Vik Singh in The Bill (2000–2002) and Ali Shahzad in Hollyoaks (2021–2022). Other credits include appearances in Doctor Who (2006), Robin Hood (2006), Coupling (2000), Casualty, Nina's Heavenly Delights (2006) and The Man Who Fell to Earth (2022).
