Biography
Rama Rajamouli is an Indian costume designer and film stylist who primarily works in Telugu cinema. She began her career in costume design with the 2001 film Student No: 1 and has since collaborated regularly on films directed by her husband S. S. Rajamouli.
She is known for her work on Magadheera (2009), Eega (2012), Bāhubali: The Beginning (2015), Bāhubali 2: The Conclusion (2017) and RRR (2022), on which she also served as an additional dialogue writer. Rajamouli is a three-time winner of the Nandi Award for Best Costume Designer. She received nominations, shared with Prashanti Tipirneni, for Best Costume Design at the Saturn Awards and Asian Film Awards for the Bāhubali films.
