Biography
Randall Keenan Winston is an American television producer and director. He graduated from Ohio University in 1989 and began working in television in the early 1990s.
He has had a long collaboration with producer Bill Lawrence, serving as associate producer on Spin City (1996–2000) and in various producing roles on Scrubs (2001–2010, 2026), including co-executive producer. He later worked as executive producer on Cougar Town (2009–2015), mixed-ish (2019–2021) and Shrinking (2023–). Winston has also directed episodes of Scrubs, Grace and Frankie, American Housewife, Shrinking, Abbott Elementary and other series. He received Emmy nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series for his work on Scrubs and Shrinking.
