Biography

Randy Stuart (born Elizabeth Shaubell) was an American actress in film and television. She appeared in supporting roles in several films of the 1940s and 1950s and later in Western-themed television series.

A screen test from the play The Women led to a contract with 20th Century Fox. Her film debut was an uncredited role in The Foxes of Harrow (1947). She played Peggy in Sitting Pretty (1948), Lieutenant Eloise Billings in I Was a Male War Bride (1949) and the title role's telephone friend in All About Eve (1950).

Stuart is best known for playing Louise Carey in The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957). She also appeared in Room for One More (1952) and guest-starred in series including Bonanza (1959) and Maverick (1957).
