Biography
Raymond Obstfeld is an American writer of fiction, non-fiction, poetry and screenplays, and a professor of English at Orange Coast College in California.
He has authored or co-authored nearly fifty books, including several young-adult novels and mystery series published under pseudonyms. Since 2007 he has co-written eight books with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. As a screenwriter he contributed to the writing staff of the television series Veronica Mars and wrote the 1999 film Whatever It Takes.
