Biography
Reiko Tajima (田島令子) is a Japanese actress and voice actress. She was born on 17 February 1949 in Yokosuka, Kanagawa, Japan, and graduated from the Department of Theatre at Nihon University College of Art. She began her career in the early 1970s with stage work and a film debut in 1971.
Tajima is known for her role as Saeko Kanagusuku in the 1974 film Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla. Her voice acting credits include Oscar François de Jarjayes in The Rose of Versailles (1979), Emeraldas in Galaxy Express 999: The Movie (1979) and related works, and Sandra in Space Adventure Cobra (1982). She has maintained an active career in television drama and film into the 2020s.
