Biography
Renee Roberts (born Irene Roberts) was an English actress. She is best remembered for playing Miss Ursula Gatsby, one of the elderly residents at the hotel, in both series of the BBC sitcom Fawlty Towers (1975 and 1979).
She made numerous television appearances in Britain from the 1960s onwards. Other credits include a role in the 1983 episode of Only Fools and Horses and the film What Became of Jack and Jill? (1972). Roberts was married to actor Ronald Frankau; their daughter Rosemary Frankau was also an actress.
