Biography
Rich Ting is an American actor. Born in Los Angeles, California, he is a fourth-generation Asian American of Chinese and Japanese descent. He played collegiate football at Yale University, where he earned a B.A., and later obtained dual J.D. and M.B.A. degrees before pursuing acting full time. He has also worked as a stunt performer and holds a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Ting's credits include the film Lone Survivor (2013) and recurring or guest roles in series such as Warrior (2019) as Bolo, The Man in the High Castle (2015) as Captain Iijima, Tulsa King (2022) as Jackie Ming, and Supergirl (2015). He has appeared in Korean productions including the series Iris and the film No Tears for the Dead. In 2023 he served as Grand Marshal of the San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade and Festival.
He guest-starred as Soldier #1 in the 2026 series Stuart Fails to Save the Universe.
