Biography
Richard Rosenstock is an American television writer and producer. He began his career as a writer on sitcoms in the 1970s, including episodes of Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and Mork & Mindy, and moved into producing roles in the early 1980s on series such as Oh Madeline and Newhart.
He created and executive produced the sitcoms The Marshall Chronicles (1990) and Flying Blind (1992–1993). Rosenstock later worked as a consulting producer and writer on Will & Grace, The King of Queens, Kitchen Confidential, Family Guy and The Big Bang Theory. On Arrested Development (2003–2019) he served as co-executive producer and consulting producer across 66 episodes and wrote 14 episodes. As co-executive producer he shared in the 2004 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series, with a further nomination in 2005.
