Biography
Richard Guay is an American film producer based in New York City. He began his career as a production auditor working with directors including John Sayles, Mike Nichols and Jonathan Demme.
His producing credits include True Love (1989), which he co-wrote and which won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival; Dogfight (1991); Household Saints (1993), which he co-wrote; Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999); Kinsey (2004) as co-producer; and Shutter (2008) as associate producer. He is married to director Nancy Savoca.
