Biography
Richard Hawking is a British climber and television personality. He was the third member of the 1985 expedition to Siula Grande in Peru alongside Joe Simpson and Simon Yates.
Hawking appears as himself in the 2003 documentary film Touching the Void, directed by Kevin Macdonald. He is also featured in the related 2004 documentaries Touching the Void: What Happened Next and Touching the Void: Return to Siula Grande.
