Biography
Richard Lang (1939–1997) was an American television and film director and assistant director. He directed episodes of numerous series including Beverly Hills, 90210 (seven episodes, 1992–1995), Melrose Place (17 episodes, 1993–1997), Charlie's Angels, Kung Fu and Harry O.
He began his career as an assistant director on feature films such as Doctor Dolittle (1967), The Detective (1968) and Lady in Cement (1968). Lang also directed television films and later episodes of Burke's Law and Savannah. He was the son of director Walter Lang and was married to Carole Keppler.
