Biography
Richard Tyler, also credited as Dickie Tyler or Dick Tyler, is an American actor. He began his career as a juvenile performer in the mid-1940s and is known for his role as Eddie Breen in The Bells of St. Mary's (1945).
His other film credits include The Spiral Staircase (1946), Tea and Sympathy (1956) and The Atomic Submarine (1959). On television he appeared in Petticoat Junction (1966) and played the title role in the series The Aldrich Family (1950–1951). He also worked in sound and later practised as a chiropractor in California.
