Biography
Richard Wechsler is an American film and television producer. He began his career as an assistant to the producers on the series I Spy (1966–1968) and served as associate producer on the television series Accidental Family (1967) and My Friend Tony (1969).
Wechsler co-produced the 1970 film Five Easy Pieces with Bob Rafelson. The film received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture. His later credits include producing Plain Clothes (1988) and work as consulting producer and developer on the series Nasty Boys (1990). He has been associated with the Los Angeles-based Entertainment Design Corporation.
