Biography
Richard Wollocombe is a British wildlife cinematographer. He spent much of his early childhood in South America and attended Wellington school. After university he worked as a scuba diving instructor and National Park guide in the Galápagos Islands for five years before moving into wildlife filmmaking.
He has contributed cinematography to several natural history series, including Galapagos (2006), Wild Pacific (2009) and Planet Earth II (2016). He won a Primetime Emmy Award and has three wins and one nomination in total.
