Biography
Rivkah Reyes is an American actor and musician. Born Rebecca Julia Brown on 18 August 1992 in Chicago, Illinois, they played Katie in the 2003 film School of Rock. They began performing at the age of four on guitar and appeared on the NPR programme From the Top in fourth grade, which led to their casting.
Reyes trained at the School at Steppenwolf, The Second City and iO, and attended the University of Illinois at Chicago. They have performed improv, sketch and stand-up in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York, and are also credited as Becca Brown and Rebecca Brown. Later film roles include Onyx the Fortuitous and the Talisman of Souls (2023), The Merry Gentlemen (2024) and One of Them Days (2025).
