Biography
RJ Mitte is an American actor best known for playing Walter White Jr. in the AMC series Breaking Bad (2008–2013). Born Roy Frank Mitte III on 21 August 1992, he moved to Los Angeles with his family in 2006 and began training with talent manager Addison Witt. He has mild cerebral palsy, the same condition as his character on the series.
Mitte has appeared in series including Switched at Birth (2011) as Campbell Bingman and The Guardians of Justice (2022), as well as films such as The Recall (2017) and The Oak Room (2020). He has worked as a spokesman for the Screen Actors Guild on issues affecting actors with disabilities and received the SAG-AFTRA Harold Russell Award in 2013.
