Biography
Rob Starnes is a television editor. He is credited as editor on the series The West Wing (1999) for two episodes between 2001 and 2003, having previously worked as assistant editor on the show. His other editing credits include episodes of Sports Night (1998), Do Over (2002), Maybe It's Me (2001–2002) and Summerland (2004).
