Biography
Robbie Kondor (1955–2025) was an American composer, session musician and arranger. Born in Budapest, Hungary, he grew up in Queens, New York, and earned a bachelor’s degree from the Manhattan School of Music.
He composed the score for Happiness (1998) and worked on features including The Suburbans (1999) and Forever Fabulous (1999), as well as television series such as Sally Jessy Raphael. He served as music arranger on Beaches (1988) and The Sum of All Fears (2002). As a keyboard player and arranger he contributed to recordings by Eric Clapton, Barbra Streisand, Billy Joel, Whitney Houston and others. Kondor won three Daytime Emmy Awards for his work on the soap opera All My Children.
