Biography
Robert Beauvais (6 March 1911 – 23 February 1982) was a French actor and writer. Born in Paris, he appeared in a number of films and television productions from the late 1940s onwards.
His acting credits include the role of the school director in François Truffaut's The 400 Blows (1959). He also worked as a screenwriter and dialogue writer on films such as Le trésor des Pieds-Nickelés (1950) and La dame de chez Maxim (1950).
Beauvais died in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, in 1982.
