Biography
Robert Berk (1939–2024) was a British production designer who worked extensively in BBC television from the mid-1960s. He joined the BBC design department around 1965, progressing from design assistant to full designer.
Berk is credited as production designer on 17 episodes of Monty Python's Flying Circus (1970–1974) and on three episodes of Blake's 7 (1978). His other credits include episodes of Z Cars (1969–1977), Dad's Army, The Two Ronnies, 1990 (1977) and later children's series such as Teletubbies (1997–2001) and Rosie & Jim.
