Biography
Robert Estrin is an American film editor. Born on 3 March 1942 in Lakewood, New Jersey, he began his career in the early 1970s with documentary work before moving into feature films.
His early credits include The Candidate (1972) and Badlands (1973). He later edited Breathless (1983), Desert Hearts (1985), Colors (1988), Internal Affairs (1990), A River Runs Through It (1992) and The Perez Family (1995). Estrin received an Eddie Award nomination for the documentary Creation of the Universe (1985). His sister Sandra Adair is also a film editor.
