Biography
Robert Fisher Jr. is a film editor. He served as lead editor on the animated feature Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018).
He has worked at Sony Pictures Animation since 2009, contributing to both Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs films (2009 and 2013) and the short The Smurfs: A Christmas Carol (2011). Earlier credits include supervising film editor roles on Disney projects such as Aladdin and the King of Thieves (1996) and The Tigger Movie (2000).
Fisher began in television, serving as editor, story editor, director and producer on the first four seasons of MTV's The Real World, and as executive producer, writer and editor on the Fox series Murder in Small Town X (2001). He trained in theatre and film at college before entering post-production roles.
