Biography
Robert Murphy is a British television writer and producer. He has written episodes of the crime drama series Shetland (2013), DCI Banks (2011), Strike Back (2010), Inspector George Gently (2008) and Vera (2011).
Murphy created and wrote the series Meadowlands (2007, also known as Cape Wrath) and McDonald & Dodds (2020). He has also received writing credits on The Living and the Dead (2016) and earlier works including Murder City (2004) and Rebus (2000).
