Robert O'Neil was an American actor. He was born Robert Le Roy O'Neil on 30 June 1922 in Medford, Massachusetts, USA, and died on 3 December 1982 in Kensington, London, England, UK.

Trained at the New York Dramatic Workshop, he later moved to England, where he founded an actors workshop. His screen credits include Adm. Randolph in Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964), a reporter in The Mouse That Roared (1959), and roles in Twilight's Last Gleaming (1977) and Valentino (1977). Television appearances encompass The Saint (1962) and episodes of BBC Sunday-Night Theatre.
