Biography
Robert Rzesacz is a German film editor. He was born in 1977 in Munich and began working as an editor in advertising from 2001, also serving as assistant editor on early feature films including Nichts bereuen (2001) and Verschwende deine Jugend (2003).
He became a freelance editor around 2009. Rzesacz edited Das letzte Schweigen (2010) and König von Deutschland (2013), and received the Deutscher Filmpreis for best editing for Who Am I – Kein System ist sicher (2014). He edited five episodes of the series Dark (2017–2019), as well as Sleepless (2017), Kidnapping Stella (2019), Prey (2021) and episodes of Tatort and The Empress (2022).
