Biography
Robert Shelly is a British actor and special effects technician. He is credited as Twinny in the film Control (2007). His other acting roles include Sentry in the television series Torchwood (2009), Carl Macmillan in The Bill (2007), Quizmaster in the mini-series Rocket Man (2005), and Jay Denton in Merseybeat (2004, credited as Robert Shelley). He also worked in special effects on Stingray (1978) and The Prize Fighter (1979).
