Biography
Robert Hudson Walker Jr. (15 April 1940 – 5 December 2019) was an American actor. He was the son of actors Robert Walker and Jennifer Jones. He attended the Lawrenceville School and trained at the Actors Studio.
Walker began his career in the early 1960s with television roles on Route 66 and Naked City, and made his film debut in The Hook (1963). He received a Golden Globe Award for most promising newcomer for The Ceremony (1963) and a Theatre World Award for off-Broadway work. Notable film roles include the title character in Ensign Pulver (1964), Jack in Easy Rider (1969), Billy Hyatt in The War Wagon (1967) and the title role in Young Billy Young (1969). On television he played Charlie Evans in the Star Trek episode 'Charlie X' (1966) and Neil Cahill in the Columbo episode 'Mind Over Mayhem' (1974). He remained active in film and television into the 2010s.
