Biography
Roger Director is a television writer and producer. He contributed as a writer and story editor on Hill Street Blues (1984–1985) and worked on multiple episodes of Moonlighting (1985–1989) as writer, story writer and producer, later serving as supervising producer.
His other writing credits include episodes of Mad About You, Arli$$ and NCIS (2004), where he also acted as consulting producer. He received two Primetime Emmy nominations and four nominations in total across Emmy and Writers Guild awards.
Director is the author of the novel A Place to Fall.
