Biography
Roger Kay (1921–2001) was a director and producer. Born in Cairo, Egypt, he held master's degrees in law and music and a doctorate in psychology from the Sorbonne. He directed at the Grand Guignol theatre in Paris before working in film and television.
Kay directed one episode of the series The Twilight Zone (1963) and episodes of Perry Mason (1957–1959). His feature films include The Cabinet of Caligari (1962), which he also produced, and Shootout at Big Sag (1962), which he wrote. He later directed the French film La puce et le privé (1981).
