Biography
Rogier Stoffers, ASC, is a Dutch cinematographer. He was born on 9 November 1961 in Utrecht and studied at Utrecht University and the Netherlands Film Academy.
He began his career in the Netherlands, collaborating with director Mike van Diem on films including Character (1997). After moving to the United States, he shot Quills (2000), John Q. (2002), School of Rock (2003), Disturbia (2007) and later films such as No Strings Attached (2011), The Vow (2012) and The House with a Clock in Its Walls (2018).
Stoffers has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for his work on the HBO film Hemingway & Gellhorn (2012) and is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers.
