Biography
Roland Gallois is an Australian film and documentary editor. He has worked on feature films including Slow West (2015), The Hunter (2011) and Samson and Delilah (2009).
Gallois has edited documentaries such as Ian Thorpe: The Swimmer (2012) and Deep Water: The Real Story (2016). He won an AFI/AACTA award for Painting Light in a Dark World (2005). He has collaborated repeatedly with director Warwick Thornton on projects including Art & Soul (2010) and The Darkside (2013).
Gallois has served as Discipline Lead, Editing at the Australian Film Television and Radio School. His recent credits include We Are Still Here (2022) and Windcatcher (2024).
