Biography
Ron Hauge is an American television writer and producer. He began his career writing for series including Seinfeld, In Living Color, The Ren & Stimpy Show and Rocko's Modern Life.
Hauge joined the writing staff of The Simpsons in its eighth season. He wrote episodes including 'Homer's Phobia' (1997), for which he received a Primetime Emmy Award, 'The Canine Mutiny' (1997), 'Miracle on Evergreen Terrace' (1997), 'Dumbbell Indemnity' (1998), 'Mayored to the Mob' (1998), a segment of 'Treehouse of Horror X' (1999) and 'Missionary: Impossible' (2000). He later worked as a producer on the series.
