Biography
Ron Najor is an American filmmaker and producer. He studied at the University of California, San Diego and San Diego State University, where he made short films and worked in various crew roles before moving into producing.
Najor produced Destin Daniel Cretton's debut feature I Am Not a Hipster (2012), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and their follow-up Short Term 12 (2013), which won the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award at SXSW. He has continued to work as a producer on independent projects and in 2024 joined Cretton's production company Hisako as Vice President of Film.
