Biography
Rosemary Lane, also credited as Rosemary Mullican, was an American actress and singer. She began her career as a vocalist with Fred Waring and His Pennsylvanians before moving into film in the late 1930s.
She appeared with sisters Lola Lane and Priscilla Lane in Four Daughters (1938) as Kay Lemp, and in the related films Daughters Courageous (1939), Four Wives (1939) and Four Mothers (1941). Other credits include The Return of Doctor X (1939). She also performed on Broadway, notably in the 1941 musical Best Foot Forward.
Lane was married to Hollywood makeup artist Bud Westmore from 1941 until their divorce in 1954.
